Let’s work together

I work with a small number of high-achieving men who are ready to face what they’ve been avoiding — in their business, marriage, and self.
If that sounds like you, complete the application below. If it feels like a good fit, I’ll personally be in touch.

Not Therapy. Not Coaching. Both.

Most high-achieving men come in thinking they need either therapy or coaching.

What they actually need is a space that offers both — without compromise.

This isn’t about fixing your mindset or managing surface-level symptoms.
It’s about having a relationship that holds you with honesty and strength — while helping you move forward with clarity, focus, and emotional depth.

In our work together, you’ll get:

  • The emotional insight and self-awareness of therapy

  • The strategic clarity and challenge of coaching

  • A grounded, secure relationship that can hold both ambition and vulnerability

You don’t need to choose between thinking and feeling.
You just need somewhere solid to begin.

"“I came for help with work stress. I stayed because this was the only space where I could be real.”

FAQs

  • Both. My work blends the emotional depth of psychotherapy with the clarity and structure of coaching. You don’t have to choose — we’ll work with whatever you bring, and evolve the process as your needs unfold.

  • Yes. Many of my clients are high-achieving men who’ve never been in therapy. You don’t need to be “good at talking” — you just need to be willing to show up honestly. I’ll guide the rest.

  • Anything. Common themes include relationship struggles, low mood, loss of sex drive, emotional shutdown, anger, burnout, fatherhood, business pressure, and big life decisions.

  • If you’ve hit a point where your usual strategies aren’t working — distraction, control, logic, pushing through — and you’re feeling disconnected, emotionally flat, or stuck… this is likely the right place.

  • Yes. Some men come for a short burst (3–6 sessions) to make sense of a crisis or decision. Others stay longer to go deeper. We’ll always agree together on the right pace for you.

  • Every session is tailored to you — but here’s what you can expect.

We’ll start by identifying what’s most alive, stuck, or pressing for you that day.

Sometimes that’s a difficult conversation with your partner.

Sometimes it’s the quiet feeling that you’re drifting through life with no real connection to yourself.

I’ll help you slow down, make sense of what’s going on underneath, and reconnect with your inner direction.

We might explore emotional patterns, attachment dynamics, past experiences, or current pressures — always with honesty and focus.

You’ll leave most sessions with a clear takeaway or reflection, and I often give “homework” — simple practices, journaling prompts, or relationship experiments — to help you integrate the work into your real life.

This isn’t therapy that stays in the room.

It’s a process that keeps working between sessions.

  • Yes — I work with clients across the UK, Europe, the US, and beyond. All sessions are online via Google Meet, making it easy to access from anywhere.

  • In many cases, yes. If you’re a business owner or self-employed, coaching and therapy focused on leadership, decision-making, stress management, or professional development may be tax-deductible as a business expense.

I recommend checking with your accountant or tax advisor to confirm based on your situation.

  • Yes — completely. I work under strict ethical and professional confidentiality, in line with UK psychotherapy standards.

"During one of the most challenging periods of my life—when my marriage was breaking down and my business was facing bankruptcy—Jason provided the clarity, support, and strategy I needed.
